Privacy policy

Farwing, LLC ("Farwing", "we") runs getfarwing.com. This policy explains what we collect on this site and what we do with it. This policy covers this website and the waitlist only. The Farwing display has its own privacy notice, published before it goes on sale, that explains what a unit shares with the Farwing network.

What we collect

The email address you type into the waitlist form and the record that you confirmed it. When you sign up, our email service also records your internet (IP) address and the page you signed up from; we don't use these for anything, and they're deleted with your address.

Why

To tell you when Farwing is ready to order, and to send occasional progress updates before then. We send nothing else, and we never sell, rent or share your address for anyone else's marketing.

Who handles it

Our email service, Buttondown, stores the list and sends the emails on our behalf, under its own privacy terms. Our website host, Cloudflare, sees the network address of every visitor to deliver the page, as any host does; we don't use it to identify you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and records no personal information. Our emails don't track opens or clicks.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or 12 months after Farwing goes on sale, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works at once. To see, correct or delete your address, email info@getfarwing.com and we'll do it within 30 days.

Children

The waitlist is for adults. We don't knowingly collect addresses from anyone under 13, and we delete any we find.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your address, we'll email you first.
